Jake brings a wealth of knowledge to Z Constructors from his prior experience at a large CPA and Advisory firm where he worked in corporate auditing.
In his role as VP of Finance & Operations, Jake has primary responsibility for the day-to-day business operations and financial health of the company including planning, implementation, managing and running of financial activities of the company. He manages long-term business and project planning (including managing the processes for budgeting, forecasting, compliance and negotiations), as well as providing leadership oversite and strategic direction for each of the project management teams.
Jake has a unique ability to deliver creative solutions with a conservative, disciplined approach, enabling Z Constructors to operate with the efficiency and capability of a large company while maintaining a smaller, more agile footprint.
