After owning a successful printing and graphic design business for a number of years, Jan shifted her focus to pursue a career in marketing and business development – specifically in the architecture and construction markets.
Jan’s current role as VP of Precon & Administration at Z Constructors spans the gamut of internal culture initiatives to external brand identity and new client cultivation. Working directly with Z’s estimating team, Jan ensures that the proper project pursuit strategy is in place and deadlines are met. She believes that there is no “one size fits all” solution to a client’s needs. Based on that philosophy, she strives to assemble teams that are diverse in background and experience – offering different perspectives on every project opportunity or challenge.
Additionally, Jan manages all of the day-to-day office administration and human resources needs including recruitment, benefits, compliance and policy development, as well as strategic planning and organizational efficiency.
