Kevin leads the Project Management teams and has complete responsibility for his teams’ delivery of projects from preconstruction hand-off through contracting with trade partners and field coordination. Kevin is an innovative thinker – constantly looking to improve workflow and has developed and implemented new methods and processes for managing projects, scheduling, change orders, and pay applications.
Kevin has a very diverse project portfolio that includes: retail centers; medical offices; dental offices; emergency departments; warehouse/industrial; educational facilities; banks; call centers; and restaurants.
Kevin attended the University of North Texas where he studied Construction Science and Marketing.
