Bezos Academy is an approximately 10,950 s.f. preschool facility with 11,520 s.f. of outdoor play area. The school consists of six, large classrooms to accommodate approximately 120 children, a prep kitchen, conference room, teachers’ lounge, laundry area and other ancillary support spaces. The facility is located on the campus of Texas Woman’s University in Denton to provide Montessori-inspired, diverse classroom environments to this under-resourced community. Founded by Jeff Bezos, the preschool provides tuition-free for families and offers programming five days a week for children ages 3-5 years old.
