Black Gold Harley-Davidson is a 44,387 s.f., 2-story, ground-up, retail motorcycle dealership and service facility. The ground floor features an expansive showroom, retail area for apparel and accessories, large parts/service area with 12 bays and testing room. It also houses the sales and administrative offices and customer lounge area. The second floor mezzanine houses the business and accounting offices, as well as a breakroom. The exterior features a wrap-around “patio” with roll-down storefront doors to allow window-shopping when the dealership is closed.
