Located in a planned urban development, this new rehabilitation hospital in Blue Ash has 40 beds, with plans to be able to expand to add 20 more beds in the future. The hospital is 48,920 s.f. with 20 patient rooms each on the second and third floors. The first floor houses a therapy suite which includes a gym, nurse station; an activities of daily living suite; speech therapy room; lobby; waiting areas and administrative offices.
