Z Constructors was contracted to take over construction of this 60,000 s.f., 3-story, climiate-controlled self-storage facility after the previous general contractor was unable to fulfill his duties. The facility contains 360 storage units, ranging in size from 25 s.f. to 300 s.f., as well as leasing office and associated support spaces. The pull-planning process was utilized to identify and isolate key project milestones – reducing the need for re-work and minimizing risk and cost.
