TWU Dental Hygiene and Counseling Center is an approximately 35,200 s.f. renovation and relocation within an existing 64,370 s.f., three-story, partially occupied building. The plan also incorporated the complete renovation of the building’s first floor lobby/entry and exterior facade. The 2nd floor comprises 12 counseling rooms, 2 waiting rooms, 2 conference rooms, 2 breakrooms, a large classroom and 6 staff offices, while the 3rd floor houses 28 dental procedure stations, 8 xray rooms, 35-station dental materials lab, 4 operating rooms, conference room, work rooms and staff offices.
